I generally interviews with a passion. It is not like I don't research the company or anything, I just basically forget everything that I have practiced when I get there. Interviews to me is more like writing or doing an exam. You study very hard and you get to the exam hall and you draw a complete blank. I don't get that sometimes. I don't know whether anybody has the same problems as me or maybe it is just me.
I guess I should be grateful that I am getting short listed for interviews but I don't seem to be getting beyond the interview stage and that sucks. If you want something so bad, you don't give up and just do the best you can...
